Currently, these are offered for private group clients, such as business / corporate, or any group of people wanting a private tailored experience. See our Group Bookings page. However, online public group sessions will be offered in the near future, including for older children & teenagers. Sign up to our newsletter to keep in the loop.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts. This allows time for a meet & greet, Q&A with your instructor, refreshments, and for you to get into a comfortable meditation position. Your meditation will begin promptly at the advertised time. At the start, I will remind everyone to turn off phones/devices, ensure everyone is comfortable, and then begin the meditation. For detailed information about the meditations, please check out the "What is Guided Visualisation Meditation" tab at the top of the page. After your session, you will have time to re-orientate and have a break/refreshments before the session closes. The venue is used by multiple other businesses offering their services, and we have a strict turnaround time between sessions.

Sorry, due to the limited spaces available, all bookings must be made online through our website. We cannot accommodate unexpected bookings or cash payments.

The venue is used by multiple businesses each day, each with their pre-booked allocated times. Therefore, out of respect to all paying clients, all meditation classes start at the appointed time. This ensures that meditation clients, and all other booked sessions, are not delayed or inconvenienced. Please arrive 15 minutes before a session starts to ensure we begin on time. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry into a session in progress.

YES. There is a link on your booking confirmation email to reschedule your session. If you wish to cancel, instead, you must give 24hrs notice for a refund.

Yes.

No. All classes need to be booked online through the Light Minds website.

That's okay—your mind will still hear the guided visualisation journey even if you enter a light trance or sleep. If you snore, I will give you a gentle nudge to ensure you don't fall into a deep sleep or feel awkward about snoring.

Please bring a water bottle and, if needed, an eye mask to block out light. Blankets, pillows & support cushions are provided as complimentary.

Yes, this is common and expected. It's a sign your body has released trapped, stagnant energy, indicating healing. This often brings emotional release through crying, feelings of intense joy, feeling light and carefree. This is one of the many health benefits of regular meditation. Accept and embrace these beautiful feelings of release.

No. You will always be in an open environment linked with serenity, such as a peaceful forest, open ocean, beach, waterfall, floating in the clouds, etc. There will be no small shared spaces or places like caves. Unless you specifically request it in a private booking.
